Some of them do (I tried to help out before I was modded last November), but you're the one who stands out the most, to me. Haha.
I've never used Dreamweaver, and I've never attempted to make a DIV since I don't have Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and therefore can't design my own image and image maps. :/

No, Xanga coding is much easier. xD The CSS is easier to deal with. I used to really dislike coding my own defaults before MySpace renamed their tables into .interestsAndDetails, .friendspace, etc. and it used to be .TABLE, TABLE TABLE TABLE, etc. Gahh. x__x Haha.

ohh right i see. don't other people do that then? i thought they would XD

xanga coding looks pretty hard though.

It's just that it's cool to see non-staff members helping out where they can. :) And no, I'm okay with default layouts and know some stuff about DIVs, but I'm stronger with Xanga coding. MySpace layouts are annoying to code. o_x
